Central Minnesota is a Home Health Care that is driven to help our community and be accessible and inclusive to any and everyone. We are located in South Minneapolis on the crossing of Chicago and Franklin, a location which we feel is overlooked and underserved. Our purpose is to find people in need and be able to offer assistance and guidance to anyone who needs to be supported in any way. We offer services ranging from PCA to 245D.
